Headshot of Randy Haight Randy Haight leads FocusPoint’s Crisis Management practice. Randy is a retired Federal Agent with over 30 years of senior-level crisis management experience. The company’s senior advisor on Kidnap for Ransom and Extortion Response is Michael Clayton. Mike also has 30+ years of methodology development, KR&E insurance program development, and senior-level K&R and crisis management experience. The practice is supported by a core team of response consultants (case officers) and a network of key specialty consultants spanning more than 220 countries and territories. The minimum requirements to determine a case officer’s expertise are five years of hands-on experience in the crisis management arena with a minimum of ten cases. All cases must have been resolved successfully. Also, a minimum of second language fluency, in addition to both cultural and country knowledge, is required.
